•  Only hold information about you that is relevant and necessary for the services we supply you
•  Keep your data secure and once it is no longer needed, destroy all records

What information we collect and how it is stored

•  Full name, address and contact details
•  Who you work for/have been booked with us by
•  Date of birth
•  Driving licence number
•  National Insurance Number
•  Licence category booked for
•  Signed ‘Pupil Record’ document

We will hold any information securely on our systems for the duration of your training with us. After this time, unless you have ‘opted in’ to future correspondence, the information will be destroyed securely.

Training Log Sheets

This will be completed daily by you and our instructor It will hold details of your training dates, what training you are attending, progress and your feedback. Once your course is finished this document is scanned and securely stored on our system along with (if applicable) a copy of any DL25 examination report and/or Pass Certificate. We retain these records for 12 months.

Facebook

On occasions our instructors may ask to take pictures of you whilst training or once you have passed your driving test. We share these pictures on Facebook. We will not take any pictures without your knowledge or consent. You have a right to contact us at any time after consent and or photo is taken and published and ask for it to be removed and destroyed.

Marketing Preferences

When you make an enquiry or book, we will send you information that you have requested. We will give you an option to opt into any future marketing. If you want us to keep you up to date, you can just tick the boxes for your preferences.

Your rights
